Detectives need help finding jewelry owner

Lower Keys Detective Dave Chavka would like help identifying the owner of jewelry recovered in the vicinity of Little Torch Key.

Deputies recovered the jewelry while responding to a call on Little Torch Key on January 28th. Detectives believe the jewelry may have been stolen and not reported, perhaps in the Ramrod or Little Torch Key area. Anyone who finds they are missing some jewelry can contact Detective Chavka for more information, 305-292-7060.

A description of the jewelry is not being released so that when someone calls to claim it, the detective will be able to use that information to determine who the true owner is.
